The House convened today and proceeded to Morning-Hour Debate. At the conclusion of Morning-Hour, the House will recess and be reconvened at 12:00 p.m. for the start of legislative business. The Speaker designated the Honorable Robert J. Wittman to act as Speaker pro tempore for the remainder of the legislative day.
